Tips: One of my favorite all time blends. As an inhalant, use this blend when you need to ground or stabilize your emotions and energy.
Apply blend topically (diluted) to feet and ankles, and at sacrum to ground.   For respiratory support both cedarwood and frankincense help to deepen your breath and have valuable therapeutic actions specific to respiratory system. Breathe deeply into your belly to expand your lungs, relax.
