Tips for use: 

• Intended for inhalation. Diffuser - 5-7 drops depending on room size and use. Do no use diluted blends in ultrasonic diffusers.
• Inhalation - Steam bowls, bath or steaming shower, inhaler / aromasticks, cotton balls.
• Topically; use diluted blend, or dilute with carrier oil for chest rub when congested, then apply warm compress - ahhh...
