Blending tips with patchouli for making your own blends is to use patchouli sparingly, as it easily overpowers the blend. I like it best with sweeter, rosy type oils like rose, geranium, lavender, ylang ylang, cedarwood or vetiver.

Sweet Hippie Come Hither

I have worn Patchouli for over 20 years, and am here to tell you that not all Patchoulis are the same. In fact, I consider myself a Patchouli connoisseur, and Jodi's Patchouli is 1 of only 2 I currently buy on a regular basis. I have a "dirt Patchouli" that I wear on my own time, but for work, this Patchouli is the answer. This is not your typical stinky hippie juice, but rather a sweet light Patchouli that I just cannot live without. It is very nice mixed with Jodi's Lavender or Anxiety Rescue (couple drops of each), or is also lovely just worn alone. I have had people chase me down (literally) when I wear this Patchouli, and I always lead them back to Jodi's website. Go ahead. Get your hippie on!
