Tisserand & Young suggest avoiding use for people with cardiac fibrillation, and those with G6PD deficiency. Wash hands after use to avoid contact with sensitive areas. Mental / Emotional: Inhalation of peppermint is most used for improving mental focus, confusion, alertness. Musculoskeletal: Menthol found in peppermint is widely used as an analgesic for pain, when used skillfully and often blended with other oils targeted your unique symptoms it can be quite helpful. Digestive:Often used for nausea, studies show mixed results, depending the reason for the nausea. For morning sickness there was less affect, but for chemotherapy induced nausea significant reduction was found.
